This project involved the assembly and partial testing of a custom brushless DC (BLDC) motor, including wiring, controller setup, and the fabrication of a custom stator using 3D-printed parts and hand-wound coils. Although the motor could not rotate due to the lack of sufficiently strong neodymium magnets, the magnetic field activation was successfully verified upon powering the system.

I handled the electrical connections between the motor and its controller, participated in the 3D printing of structural components, and contributed to the coil winding process. Despite the limitations in materials, the project offered valuable experience in motor design principles, electromagnetic behavior, and hardware troubleshooting.
