This project involved the digital replication and physical construction of a functional can crusher made entirely from laser-cut wood components. Inspired by an existing online design, the project focused on mechanical modeling, file preparation for manufacturing, and precision assembly using digital fabrication tools.

I recreated the mechanical design in SolidWorks based on reference images, prepared precise DXF files for laser cutting, and operated the laser machine to manufacture each wooden part. I then assembled the crusher, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity using interlocking joints and adhesives.
