This project focused on designing and building a three-way speaker system using a passive low-pass filter composed of inductors and capacitors. The system successfully separated low, mid, and high frequencies, directing each to a dedicated speaker (woofer, midrange, and tweeter). Both circuit simulation and physical construction were key elements of the development process.
I designed and implemented a passive crossover filter using LC components to divide the audio spectrum. I simulated the circuit to validate frequency behavior, then assembled the system using an auxiliary cable for audio input and separate drivers for bass, midrange, and treble. The final result was a fully functional speaker capable of delivering clear, layered sound.
